About IAS

New Zealand Focus

IAS New Zealand has been providing services to our clients since 1989 and has extensive experience of the New Zealand business and economic environment. We have worked for a large range of clients across the Public, Private and Not for Profit sectors, organisations with between 20 and 10,000 employees.

Our facilitators and coaches have considerable experience in senior management roles prior to joining IAS New Zealand and are able to share practical experiences with clients that relate directly to their situation.

Because of the broad range of work we undertake in New Zealand we are constantly abreast of the issues that are challenging today's 21st Century Leaders and their organisations.

International Experience

Through our international arm (IAS Learning Group Ltd) we are regularly in touch with emerging issues, trends and opportunities overseas, including countries such as China, Japan, South East Asia, the United States and Australia.

Also through the personal learning of our facilitators we are linked into the latest academic research through the London Business School and the University of Wisconsin.
