Our Approach to Creating Results with You

When IAS New Zealand begins working with you, you can expect the following approach:

1. Client invited to provide an overview and environmental context for their organisation.
2. Explore what are the challenges and opportunities you face.
3. Define the Purpose for the work we will undertake and the Outcomes you want to create.
4. Undertake a Diagnostic Phase e.g. pre workshop interviews, 360 feedback, Engagement Surveys, Strategic and Business Plans.
5. Develop, design, approach and confirm.
6. Agree Return on Investment Measures i.e. how will we know we made a difference.
7. Sign off final approach, budget, and timelines for delivery.
8. Deliver programme, workshop, coaching etc
9. Evaluate and assess impact.
10. Provide ongoing Coaching and Mentoring support to participants.
11. Review, Debrief and assess performance against agreed Outcomes and ROI Measures.
12. Discuss new opportunities.
