Emerging Leaders Development Programme

ASPIRE runs over a six month period with three Residential Workshops and three Personal Coaching Sessions, and is specifically designed for today's emerging leaders.

ASPIRE focuses on leadership, self management, communication and building strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of an organisation. It is about the participant developing the capabilities to be an inspirational leader and communicator, and gives an opportunity for participants, as emerging leaders, to explore their authentic leadership.
